Ed Butcher

Ed Butcher drives our rail growth by supporting operators, collaborating with infrastructure managers, and removing barriers to new services. As a previous UK resident in Paris, he has personal experience of what the cross-Channel link can do to change lives.
Jay Newton
Head of Station Engineering and Operations
Jay Newton

Jay has a background in commercial building development and IT network systems. A local to St. Pancras, he’s proud to be part of the custodial team. He enjoys our company events, is passionate about digital engagement, and is interested in new railway technologies. Jay also enjoys rugby and motor sports.
Robert Dean
Director of Engineering and Asset Management
Rob Dean

Robert oversees the operation, maintenance, and renewal of the railway, providing strong leadership to the supply chain. In his free time, he enjoys building and riding bicycles, as well as crafting and playing guitars.
Caroline Gould
Head of Legal and CoSec
Caroline Gould

Caroline oversees the legal team, compliance and governance and is also our Data Protection Officer. She enjoys running on the South Downs with her energetic cocker spaniel.

As guardian of our brand, Peter looks after our marketing campaigns and station activations. He can often be found in St. Pancras International or walking his beagle, Benji.
