With over 25 years of experience, he has been instrumental in enhancing the UK’s rail networks, holding senior roles at Network Rail and previously as a Director of the High-Speed Rail Group.
Keith is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chairperson, with a strong industrial and commercial background.

Mattias is a regulatory economist with more than 18 years experience in UK regulated industries.
