The Customer Insights role will work in a team which has many interfaces beyond London St. Pancras Highspeed’ s commercial team, including internal functions and external organisations such as insights and research agencies, Network Rail Highspeed, the retailers in the station, Train Operating Companies and third party brands/sponsorship teams.
The role aims to better understand customer and consumer behaviour, using insights to educate, inform and support the business and business decisions. Being a champion for continuous improvement by taking a data led approach and supporting internal and external reporting whilst protecting and developing the business reputation by monitoring consumer metrics.

This is a high-profile station renovation and refurbishment programme aimed at improving capacity, resilience, and passenger experience at one of the UK’s most iconic rail terminals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in complex aviation, rail or other relevant project delivery field and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Being able to demonstrate expertise relevant to the aviation, security screening and border control specialisms that this project will involve is recommended. The post-holder will be a key interface between LSPH, Network Rail High Speed (NRHS), UKPNS, and other partners (UK Border Force, Central Government, Local Authorities), ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver the project effectively and efficiently – on time, and within budget.
