Joel oversees our corporate affairs and communications; strategising and liaising with important stakeholders for our business. Outside of work Joel is a School Governor and spends time immersing himself in the curriculum and helping out at the school when he can.
Damjana oversees our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely management and statutory reporting. When she’s not working with numbers, she enjoys travelling and exploring new destinations, making the business a perfect fit.
Harjit is responsible for delivering the HR strategy by building a high performing, engaged and collaborative workforce. She has a soft spot for 80’s nostalgia and enjoys watching movies with a bit of classic story telling.
David leads our financial planning and analysis, making sure everything runs smoothly and helping the company grow strategically.
As guardian of our brand, Peter looks after our marketing campaigns and station activations. He can often be found in St. Pancras International or walking his beagle, Benji.
Lee drives retail strategy and long-term planning, collaborates with brand partners, and leads retail design and construction. With extensive travel retail experience, Lee enjoys watching sports in person whenever possible.
Caroline oversees the legal team, compliance and governance and is also our Data Protection Officer. She enjoys running on the South Downs with her energetic cocker spaniel.
Kathryn reports to the ORR and operators on delivering better outcomes and ensures their requests yield positive results. She’s a typical Aussie that loves to travel and explore, the more sustainable the better which is what attracted her to the business.
Ed Butcher drives our rail growth by supporting operators, collaborating with infrastructure managers, and removing barriers to new services. As a previous UK resident in Paris, he has personal experience of what the cross-Channel link can do to change lives.
Driving innovation, forming partnerships, and promoting joint goals are crucial for project success. His love for golf sharpens his leadership and keeps him motivated.
