Where can I find lost property at St. Pancras International?

Excess Baggage Co. handles lost property that’s lost in the station. You can email them to report any missing items via customerservice@excess-baggage.com or register your lost property through their website. If you have lost something on a train, then please contact the train operating company directly.

When should I arrive for my train from St. Pancras International?

For domestic journeys across the UK, we recommend arriving 20 minutes before your train is due to depart. For international journeys with Eurostar, we recommend arriving 90 minutes before your train departure time to go through passport and security checks. Don’t forget to leave some time for your coffee stop or shopping at the station.
