Where can I find lost property at St. Pancras International?

Excess Baggage Co. handles lost property that’s lost in the station. You can email them to report any missing items via customerservice@excess-baggage.com or register your lost property through their website. If you have lost something on a train, then please contact the train operating company directly.

When should I arrive for my train from St. Pancras International?

For domestic journeys across the UK, we recommend arriving 20 minutes before your train is due to depart. For international journeys with Eurostar, we recommend arriving 90 minutes before your St. Pancras train departure time to go through passport and security checks. Don’t forget to leave some time for your coffee stop or shopping at the station. The St. Pancras live arival and departure boards within the station will advise on any changes to your service.

Is St. Pancras International the same as Kings Cross Station?

No, St. Pancras International and Kings Cross Station are two separate stations. Kings Cross Station is located just over the road from St. Pancras International. St. Pancras International trains include Thameslink, Southeastern, East Midlands Railway and Eurostar International services to France, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Both stations are connected by the Kings Cross St. Pancras London Underground station, where you can catch tube services including Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan.

Where can I find my platform?

The best way to locate your platform in St. Pancras station is to use our station map. Platforms A and B, served by Thameslink services, can be found down the escalators near the Midland Road entrance/exit. Platforms 1-4 can be found on the Upper Concourse and are served by East Midlands trains. Platforms 5-10 are served by Eurostar and are accessed via the International Departure/Arrival areas in The Arcade. Platforms 11-13, served by Southeastern trains, can be found on the Upper Concourse and are accessed via escalators near the Pancras Road entrance/exit.

Where can I travel to from St. Pancras International?

St. Pancras International offers trains to national destinations via Thameslink, Southeastern and East Midlands Railway. Thameslink services from St. Pancras station operate to key destinations including Luton Airport and Gatwick Airport, as well as other major stations including Farringdon and Blackfriars. Southeastern services connect St. Pancras International to towns and cities across Kent and East Sussex, such as Canterbury and Brighton. East Midlands Railway services connect to destinations across the Midlands and North of England, including Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield and Leeds.

International destinations are accessible via Eurostar services, including Lille, Paris, Brussels, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, with onward connections to Nantes, Marseille, Zurich, Cologne, Dusseldorf and more.
