If you need mobility assistance or any help with luggage, our station staff will be pleased to help. Please speak to any of our Customer Service Assistants on the concourse. There is step-free access to all platforms. To book assistance with Southeastern Railway please contact them 48 hours in advance on 0800 783 4524 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Eurostar do not operate a pre-booking service. Please speak to any member of our station staff or Eurostar staff.
