FAQs

How long does it take to get to the West End from St. Pancras?

The best way to get to the West End from St. Pancras International is via the London Underground. Hop on at King’s Cross St. Pancras, taking the Northern or Piccadilly lines to stations such as Leicester Square or Tottenham Court Road in 5-10 minutes.

Do I need to print my tickets or can I use my phone?

Upon purchase, you will receive your tickets via e-mail, which come in the form of a downloadable PDF. Tickets will not be sent by post.

You can use the e-Tickets link in the confirmation email to print your tickets or download them to your phone.

How early should I arrive at the theatre after my train gets in?

A good rule of thumb is to arrive at the theatre 20-30 minutes before the performance starts. This gives you enough time to get through ticket checks/security, find your seat without rushing, and grab drinks or use facilities before the show begins

Can I store my luggage at the station before the show?

Yes, there’s a left luggage facility at St. Pancras International, operated by Excess Baggage Co. It’s ideal if you’re arriving by train and don’t want to take bags into the West End.
