What is Station Matters?

At St. Pancras, we are eager to hear and listen to your feedback on what is good, and what needs improving. The Station Matters survey allows us to collect candid feedback from visitors and customers in order to improve the station and it’s facilities. It’s our opportunity to hear about the experiences of customers, which we use to help make St. Pancras even better.
