COFFEE SHOP

Caffe Tazza D’Orro is located on the main station concourse serving a range of hot, cold and alcoholic beverages. A variety of hot and cold food is also available.

CASH POINT

A free to use cash point is located beneath the escalator on the main station concourse.

TOILETS/BABY CHANGING

These are located at the end of the main concourse, just past the cafe.

LOST PROPERTY

For all instances of lost property please speak to a member of the station team who will be happy to assist. Alternatively please use the contact details to get in touch.

BRITISH TRANSPORT

Police BTP Officers regularly patrol Ashford International and can be contacted in an emergency either directly or via a member of the station team. You can report an incident by texting 61016 however in the event of an emergency please dial 999.

If you need mobility assistance or any help with luggage, our station staff will be pleased to help. Please speak to any of our Customer Service Assistants on the concourse.
