To guarantee a space and save time on the day; pre-book your parking at Ebbsfleet International today! You can pre-book from 12 hours up to a year. Alternatively, you can turn up on the day and pay at the ticket machines located on the ground floor.

Our friendly staff are available 24/7 and are fully trained to assist with getting you moving if something goes wrong. They will also accompany you to your vehicle should you have any difficulty. Our customer service centre on the station concourse can assist with any queries.

We are open 24 hours, 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year. Our staff are on hand 24 hours a day to assist you with any issues you might have.

ACCESS FOR ALL

Blue Badge parking is available at Ebbsfleet International.

COMPLIMENTARY RAC COVER

If our staff can’t get your car going again, we’ve got complimentary RAC cover for all of our car park users to recover you to a garage or home within 10 miles.

5,000 CAR PARK SPACES

We have 5,000 car parking spaces over 5 car parks. All car parks have a disabled parking provision, each space is clearly marked and signposted.

HEIGHT RESTRICTION

We are limited to a height restriction of 2.3 metres. Please check the height of your vehicle before you arrive.

ANPR

Our car parks are monitored by ANPR cameras. We keep recordings for 28 days and all operatives are SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed.

CYCLE RACKS

Cycle parking for approximatley 100 cycles is located between Car Park B and the Station and in Car Park C.

PICK UP/DROP-OFF ZONES

Stays of up to 20 minutes are free and located at the front of the station.
